Frequently asked questions

Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes. There is no cap on how many invoices you create or how many PDFs you download, and no watermark on the output.
What is not in the free plan?
Saving invoices to an account, the extended template library, emailing invoices to clients, recurring invoices and the API. The generator itself is not limited.
Do I need a card to use the free plan?
No. The free plan does not require an account at all, let alone a card.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal, reachable with the Manage billing button on this page or from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the billing portal. Stripe prorates the change, so you are credited for the time you have already paid for.
Which payment methods do you take?
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — checkout and billing management both happen on Stripe's own pages.
